Simon Lindsay is Co-Founder of NNSM and leads the company's commercial strategy, athlete representation and business development. With experience across combat sports, sponsorship, digital media, brand partnerships and talent management, Simon focuses on creating opportunities that strengthen both an athlete's career and their long-term commercial value.

Marc Healy is Co-Founder of NNSM and works across athlete representation, relationship management, business development and operational strategy. His direct, practical approach helps ensure athletes receive honest guidance, strong support and access to the right opportunities.
Co-Founder, Combat Sports Director & Athlete Relations
Jon Telfer is a Co-Founder of NNSM and brings first-hand professional combat-sports experience to the company. As an active bare-knuckle fighter, he understands the athlete journey from inside the sport and leads NNSM across athlete relations, talent development, fighter welfare and combat-sports strategy.
